When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the material near the axis to rotate around the axis, pushing it from the inside to both sides in the axial direction. The outer screw drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate around the axis, pushing it from both sides to the inside in the axial direction. This mixed material can be uniformly mixed in a short period of time.

Electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high; Heating with thermal oil requires the configuration of an oil pot, thermal power, and pipelines, which requires a large investment but has a fast heating rate and low energy consumption. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has a large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed. The motor is directly connected to the mixing spindle through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and easy maintenance.
