1： Purpose:

Horizontal and Vertical Combustion TesterIt is to determine the degree of damage to the sample, as well as the linear combustion rate and residual flame/ignition time of the sample. Used for conducting horizontal and vertical flammability tests on plastic components of electrical equipment and appliances. The product box shell is coated with iron plate (stainless steel shell optional), and can be equipped with a combustible gas leakage alarm device (optional). It is equipped with a large transparent observation window and a digital display for combustion, residual flame, and residual burning time. The device has a beautiful appearance, is easy to use, and has reliable performance. The test products include plastic parts for household appliances, lighting, electronic products, engineering plastics, rubber materials, and so on.

3： Technical indicators

1. Bensheng lamp head: inner diameter 9.5mm ± 0.3mm, length approximately 100mm ± 10mm from the air inlet upwards;

2. Burner angle: 0~45 ° (manually adjustable, with scale);

3. Ignition pad: standard medical cotton;

4. Combustion gas: 98% methane standard gas or 37MJ/m3 ± 1MJ/m3 natural gas or propane (gas self provided);

5. Gas flame temperature gradient: from 100 ℃± 5 ℃ to 700 ℃± 3 ℃, it takes 44s ± 2.0s or 54s ± 2.0s, or according to customized standard requirements (verified with temperature calibration device);

7. Thermocouple for temperature calibration verification: Ø 0.5mm, K-type, imported insulated high-temperature armored thermocouple (optional);

9. Repetitive ignition frequency: 1 to 9999 times (digital display can be preset);

10. Adopting an automatic ignition device to facilitate automatic testing;
