When manufacturing our capillaries, we use different types of glass. These glasses come from glass manufacturers and small professional glass suppliers, all of whom can ensure high-quality products through their sophisticated manufacturing processes. In some application fields, the glass tubes we use are provided by professional suppliers for small-scale independent production of laboratory glass materials. The types of glass we use include but are not limited to the following:

Sodium calcium glass (AR, I860, etc.)

We produce products with an outer diameter between 0.05mm and 10mmcapillary glass tubeAnd provide different specifications of wall thickness and inner diameter dimensions. For small diameters, the wall thickness can reach 10 μ m (0.01mm). To ensure high-precision machining (even at the micrometer level), our minimum inner diameter is 4-5 μ m and wall thickness is 10-20 μ m. Our standard production lengths are 1060mm and 1500mm. In short, our flexible production process is tailored to customers with different lengths and cutting sizes ranging from 1-3000mm. For small capillaries with a diameter of approximately 0.25mm, the length can even exceed 3000mm.
