2. Fine aggregate (for cement concrete) screening, mud content, and mud block content shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 400m ³ or 600t. First, remove the non representative parts on the surface, and then take approximately equal samples from the top, middle, and bottom of the material pile to form a group of samples. 3. 4. Aggregate (cement stabilized or graded crushed stone) screening, mud content, needle like content, crushing value, particle composition (composite grading), plasticity index shall be inspected once per batch upon entry, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 1000m ³. 5. The particle composition, needle like content, mud content (less than 0.075mm particle content), crushing value, density, and water absorption rate of coarse aggregate (for asphalt concrete) shall be inspected once per batch upon entry, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 1000m ³. Weaving bag, screening 30kg, crushing value material 10kg, adhesion, stone acidity and alkalinity, soft stone content, if necessary. Do it when necessary

The particle composition, mud content (less than 0.075mm), sand equivalent, and density of fine aggregate (for asphalt concrete) shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 500m ³. Take representative samples according to JTGE42-2005 requirements. Woven bag, 10kg with sharp edges if necessary. Do it when necessary

7. Coarse aggregate (GB/T 14685-2011) is classified, categorized, nominal particle size, and daily production into batches of every 600 tons. If the daily production is less than 600 tons, it is also considered a batch. If the daily production exceeds 2000 tons, it is considered a batch of 1000 tons, and if it is less than 1000 tons, it is also considered a batch. If the daily production exceeds 5000 tons, it is considered as a batch of 2000 tons, and if it is less than 2000 tons, it is also considered as a batch.

8. The screening and moisture content of mineral powder shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 100T. The representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 500T, and representative samples shall be taken in accordance with JTJE42-2005 requirements. 9. Cement fineness, specific surface area, water consumption for standard consistency, setting time, stability, and sand strength shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival. According to the T0501-2005 cement sampling method, equal amounts of samples shall be taken from more than 20 different parts as a group of samples, and a product material list shall be provided. 10. The fineness, loss on ignition, moisture content, and sulfur trioxide of fly ash shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 200T. 10 bags shall be randomly selected from each batch, and no less than 1kg of sample shall be taken from each bag. After mixing evenly, the sample shall be reduced to four parts. Provide material list. Cement sample bucket with a weight greater than 3kg.

11. The ultimate strength, yield strength, elongation, and cold bending of steel raw materials shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 60T. Two raw materials shall be taken, and one tensile specimen and one cold bending specimen shall be cut from each. Provide material list. Take 2 tensile specimens with a length of 500mm, and 2 cold bending specimens with a length of (150+5d) mm; Grouping is tied with binding wires.

12. Under the same construction conditions, joints of the same grade, type, and specification made of the same batch of materials shall be used for the ultimate strength of steel bar mechanical connections. A batch of 500 shall be considered as an acceptance batch, and any number less than 500 shall also be considered as an acceptance batch. Three specimens shall be randomly selected for inspection. Under the same construction conditions, use the same batch of materials with the same grade, type, and specification joints, and randomly select 3 specimens for inspection.

2. The length L of the sleeve must be greater than or equal to 2d+10mm (d is the diameter of the steel bar) (tied with binding wire for grouping). Provide material list. Take 3 mechanical connection samples and 3 raw material samples. 50cm in length, tied with binding wire for grouping.

13. The ultimate strength of welded steel bars and flash butt welding bending shall be grouped into 300 joints of the same joint type and steel bar grade. A batch of 1500 joints of the same joint type and steel reinforcement grade shall be randomly sampled from different parts, and the flash butt welded bending specimens shall be polished on the welding surface. Grouping is tied with binding wires; Take 6 pieces for flash butt welding (including 3 pieces for cold bending, which need to be ground flat), and take 3 pieces for lap welding.

14. Ultimate strength, yield strength, elongation, relaxation test, mechanical performance test of steel strands: one inspection per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 60T. Relaxation test: one inspection per specification or model from the same manufacturer. The supervisory unit supervises and witnesses the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly sends for outsourced testing. Each batch can select 3 discs, with one disc taken for stretching and one disc taken for relaxation; Provide material list. Grouping is tied with binding wires, each with a length of 100cm when stretched and 240cm when relaxed.

15. The appearance, hardness, and anchoring coefficient of anchor plates and clamps shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 100 sets. The supervisory unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, jointly submit outsourced tests, randomly select samples from different parts, and provide material lists. Wooden or cardboard boxes; 10% and no less than 10 sets shall be selected for appearance inspection, 5% and no less than 5 sets for hardness testing, and 3 sets for static load testing.

16. The appearance tensile yield force, yield elongation, tensile force at 2% elongation, and tensile force at 5% elongation of the geogrid shall be inspected once per batch upon entry, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 200 rolls. The supervisory unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly submit the required samples for outsourced testing on the entire roll of material according to the T1101-2006 sampling method. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. Grouping is tied with binding wires; Randomly select 5 rolls from the same batch of geogrid products, and cut 1 meter from each roll as a sample, for a total of 5 pieces.

17. The specifications, dimensions, unit area mass, wide strip tensile strength, elongation, burst strength, and permeability coefficient of geotextile shall be inspected once per batch upon entry, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 5000 square meters. The supervisory unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, jointly submit the outsourced test samples according to the T1101-2006 sampling method, cut the required samples on the entire roll of material, and indicate the length direction. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. Grouping is tied with binding wire, 4 square meters.

18. The appearance, impact performance, ring stiffness, local lateral load, and oven test of plastic corrugated pipes and polyethylene double wall corrugated pipes shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, with a representative quantity of no more than 10000m per inspection batch. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly send samples for outsourced testing site. The tensile sampling length is 100cm, 6 pieces, and the bending test sample is 60d, 3 pieces. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. Grouping is tied with binding wires; Stretch sampling length 100cm, 6 pieces, bending test piece 60d, 3 pieces.

19. The appearance and physical and mechanical properties of expansion joints shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 500m. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly submit samples for outsourced testing according to the testing needs. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list.

20. The appearance, ultimate compressive strength, elastic modulus, aging, and turning angle of rubber bearings shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 200 pieces. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, jointly submit each batch of outsourced tests for appearance quality inspection, and then take at least 3 pieces from the qualified samples for physical and mechanical performance testing. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. At least 3 pieces shall be subjected to physical and mechanical performance tests.

21. The appearance, ultimate compressive strength, elastic modulus, aging, and turning angle of pot type bearings shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 20 pieces. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, jointly submit each batch of outsourced tests for appearance quality inspection, and then take at least 3 pieces from the qualified samples for physical and mechanical properties. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. At least 3 pieces shall be subjected to physical and mechanical performance tests. Ultrasonic testing shall be conducted once per batch upon arrival. The supervisory unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly submit for outsourced testing

22. Performance inspection and homogeneity inspection of concrete admixture mixtures shall be carried out according to the production capacity and equipment conditions of the manufacturer. The products shall be numbered in batches, with each batch of admixture of the same variety with a dosage greater than 1% (including 1%) numbered as 100 tons, and each batch of admixture with a dosage less than 1% numbered as 50 tons. Admixtures with a dosage less than 50 tons may also be counted as one batch. The quantity of products from the same batch entering the site shall be considered as one inspection batch, and samples of products from different batch numbers shall be taken separately. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly submit the samples taken for outsourced testing to be representative. The samples shall be obtained by uniformly mixing three or more point samples in equal quantities. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. 23. The appearance, chromaticity performance, and photometric performance of contour markers shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, with no more than 3000 per batch. 24. The luminous intensity coefficient and compressive load of protruding road signs shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival. 25. The appearance, chromaticity performance, photometric performance, tensile load, and adhesion performance of the reflective film shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival. 26. The appearance, geometric dimensions, and anti-corrosion coating performance of protective fences and columns shall be inspected once per batch upon entry, with no more than 10000 pieces per batch. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly submit the outsourced test for random sampling according to the requirements. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. 3 sections, each 40cm long.

27. The overall tensile load of the spliced bolts shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly submit the outsourced test for random sampling according to the requirements. 28. The appearance, geometric dimensions, and anti-corrosion coating performance of the isolation barrier shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, with no more than 1000 rolls per batch. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly submit the outsourced test for random sampling according to the requirements. 29. The appearance, density, non drying time, compressive strength, wear resistance, color performance, and heating stability of the marking paint shall be inspected once per batch upon arrival, with a maximum weight of 100 tons per batch. The supervision unit shall supervise and witness the sampling process of the construction unit, and jointly submit the outsourced test for random sampling according to requirements. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. Sealed container sampling, 2kg.

30. Road petroleum asphalt density, penetration, penetration index, 15 ℃ ductility, softening point, aging test (residue after evaporation TFOT (or RTFOT))

1. Each batch shall be inspected once upon entry, and the representative quantity of each inspection batch shall not exceed 2000 tons.

During the construction period, once every two days. The supervision unit shall conduct a sampling of not less than 20% of the construction unit's asphalt according to the T0601-2000 asphalt sampling method. For fluid asphalt, a specified number of samples shall be taken from the upper, middle, and lower positions of the liquid surface. Solid asphalt should be sampled from barrels, bags, boxes, or bulk blocks at least 5cm below the surface and within the side of the container. Provide a certificate of conformity and material list. Take 5L of emulsified asphalt from a plastic bucket, and take at least 600ml of other asphalt from a 1L covered enamel cylinder. 35. Compressive strength of cement concrete

When pouring structures of general volume (such as foundations, piers, etc.), two sets should be prepared for each unit structure.

When pouring large volume structures continuously, 2 sets should be produced every 80-200m ³ or per work shift.

The main components of the upper structure with a length of less than 16m should be produced in one group, 16-30m in two groups, 31-50m in three groups, and over 50m in no less than five groups. At least 2 sets of small components should be produced for each batch or work shift.

At least 2 sets should be produced for each drilled pile; There shall be no less than 3 groups of piles with a length of more than 20m; When the pile diameter is large and the pouring time is long, there should be no less than 4 groups. When changing work shifts, two sets should be produced for each shift.

At least 2 sets of structures such as small bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and sound barriers should be selected for each building, location, or work shift. When the raw materials and mix proportions are the same and mixed at the same mixing station, several or multiple locations can be combined to produce two groups.

According to the construction needs, several sets of specimens with the same curing conditions as the structure should be prepared separately as the strength basis for the construction stages such as demoulding, hoisting, prestressing, and load-bearing.

36. For the compressive strength of sprayed concrete, at least one set (3 pieces) of specimens should be taken from the arch and side walls every 10 linear meters of a single tunnel with two or three lanes. For other projects, there shall be no less than one independent project for spraying 50-100m ³ of mixture or less than 50m ³ of mixture. When there is a change in materials or mix proportions, new specimens should be prepared.

37. Flexural tensile strength of cement concrete: two to four groups shall be made for each shift of expressway and first-class highway: two groups shall be taken if the daily progress is less than 500m, three groups shall be taken if the daily progress is more than 500m, and four groups shall be taken if the daily progress is more than 1000m. 38. The compressive strength of cement mortar shall be tested by the supervision unit at least 20% of the construction unit's sampling for each structure in each work shift. If necessary, different strength grades and mix proportions of mortar can be randomly tested at the pouring or mixing site.

According to the standard curing for 28 days, the specimen has a side length of 70 A 7mm cube with 3 specimens per group. The number of groups produced should comply with the following regulations:

Cement slurries of different strength grades and mix proportions should be randomly sampled and specimens should be prepared separately.

Each work shift is assigned one group; If the usage exceeds 10m ³, one set should be prepared for every 10m ³.

Three pairs of pile foundation grouting should be carried out, and one set should be taken for each pile at a time.

Four pairs of prestressed pipelines should be grouted, and at least one set should be prepared each time or every 25 pipes.

5 pairs of anchor rods should be grouted, and at least 1 set should be prepared for each or every 50 rods.

40. The tensile bond strength between the waterproof layer and the concrete, as well as the number and arrangement of measuring points, shall comply with the following regulations:

When the area of a construction section is not more than 500 square meters, measure 5 points. If it exceeds 500 square meters, add 2 points for every additional 500 square meters. The length of the waterproof layer bridge deck for each continuous construction is one construction section.

Two measuring points should be randomly arranged with a spacing of no less than 5 0m.

41. Cement stabilized material: cement dosage, mixture gradation, moisture content, unconfined compressive strength, dry density, and moisture content

(1) Cement dosage: One group is randomly inspected every 2 hours at each mixing station, and can be inspected at any time if suspected (two parallel tests per group).

(2) Grading of mixture: At least 2 groups per mixing station per day, and random inspections can be conducted at any time in case of suspicion.

(3) Mixing plant moisture content: at least once every 2000m2.

(4) Unconfined compressive strength: Samples should be taken at the specified frequency on site, and specimens should be prepared according to the compaction degree predetermined by the construction site. Prepare one set of specimens every 2000 square meters or per work shift. Regardless of whether it is stable fine-grained soil, medium grained soil, or coarse-grained soil, when the multiple deviation coefficient Cv is less than 10%, there can be 6 specimens; When Cv=10% to 15%, there can be 9 specimens; When Cv>15%, there should be 13 specimens.

42. The thickness and integrity of the core drilling at the grassroots level shall be measured at 2 points every 200m on the dual carriageway. 43.
