1. Power on/off

3. Data storage

This instrument can store 200 sets of data. If the storage is full, it will display the "full" or "FULL" symbol, and the memory must be cleared before it can be stored again.

4. Data retrieval

6. Data upload

Connect the USB communication cable between the computer and the host, turn on the computer, run the monitoring software, and you can read the stored historical data, upload it to the computer, and manage the data.

7. Superior filtering

In order to improve the accuracy of the test, the instrument has added an upper level filtering function, which means that during the kernel phase, the filter is pressedFILTERThe key can activate or deactivate the filtering function, and the LCD dynamically displays when activated“FILTER……”This way, the results of the nuclear phase will be more accurate, but the testing time will be extended.

8. Self verification

Please perform self calibration before on-site phase verification to confirm that the instrument is functioning properly. Connect the two clips of the self calibration line to the hooks of the two detectors, and then plug the self calibration line plug into a 220V power socket. Perform self calibration on the same live wire. If there is no power, the neutral wire may have been plugged in. Simply plug the self calibration line plug back in.

9. Nuclear phase, electrical verification, frequency, and phase sequence testing

Connect the insulation rod, install the antenna, turn on the device. If the communication between the host and the detector is normal, the red status light will be on; Communication is abnormal, the white status light is on. At the same time, the host will voice prompt "X signal normal" and "Y signal normal".

When nucleating, first bring the X detector close to or in contact with any phase line, and then bring the Y detector close to or in contact with other phase lines to be nucleated. High voltage nuclear phase, the detector does not need to directly contact the high-voltage wire. The detector hook is gradually brought closer to the wire. When an electric field is sensed, the detector will emit a "beep beep beep beep" prompt sound to complete the electrical verification function. Low voltage core phase (400V and below), especially for low-voltage core phase of distribution boxes, please replace the metal probe hook with a metal probe and use the probe to directly contact the low-voltage wire. When the voltage is too low, it is necessary to contact the bare wire for testing.

The nuclear phase is based on the X detector and displays the fixed A phase. If the phase angle of the two detectors is between -20 ° and 20 ° (340 ° and 360 ° are -20 ° and 0 °), the detection result of the Y detector is A, which is classified as in-phase; If the phase angle between two detectors is between 100 ° and 140 ° or 220 ° and 260 °, it is classified as out of phase. At the same time, the host voice prompts "same phase" or "out of phase".

When the phase angle is between 100 ° and 140 °, the detection result of the Y detector is B, which is in sequential order; The phase angle is between 220 ° and 260 °, and the detection result of the Y detector is C, which is the reverse phase sequence.

10. Battery charging or replacement

When the battery voltage is insufficient, the low voltage symbol is displayed. Please charge the battery in a timely manner. If the battery is still low after multiple charges, please replace it with a brand new battery. If users are unable to purchase rechargeable batteries of the same specifications, they can purchase regular batteries instead (the host uses 6 1.5V, LR6 batteries; One 6F22 9V detector is used.

When replacing the battery, make sure the instrument panel is turned off.

Detector battery replacement: Loosen the four screws on the bottom cover of the detector, carefully open the bottom cover, and replace it with a brand new qualified battery. If you continue to use lithium batteries of the same specifications, you need to weld the corresponding wires. The detector is reserved with a 6F22 battery interface. If replacing the 6F22 battery, the original built-in lithium battery needs to be removed and replaced with a 6F22 battery.

Host battery replacement: Loosen one screw on the host battery cover, open the host battery cover, and replace it with a brand new and qualified battery. Pay attention to the polarity of the battery specifications, cover the bottom cover or battery cover, and tighten the screws. The host can use 1.5V and LR6 batteries.

After replacing the battery, pressPOWERPress the key to confirm if the battery replacement was successful. Battery replacement must strictly follow the same performance and parameters as battery replacement.
