1. Product Introduction
VLE2200High voltage phase balance testerDeveloped based on static analysis method, the testing temperature can reach 100 ℃ (higher temperatures can be customized), and the pressure can reach 5MPa, supporting customization of higher pressures. The equipment uses mechanical stirring to achieve system equilibrium, and is equipped with a high-precision micro sampling system internally. Through software control, it can perform multiple rapid micro samplings of gas-liquid components without damaging the composition of the mixed system, and connect to a chromatograph to complete injection analysis. The equipment has the advantages of high temperature measurement accuracy, wide pressure measurement range, and accurate measurement; Combined with self-developed programs, automatic temperature control, automatic pressurization, automatic sampling, and data analysis can be achieved. It can be used to test the vapor-liquid phase equilibrium of various pure and binary/ternary systems, and is suitable for phase equilibrium testing of various fluids and mixtures such as refrigerants, lubricants, aviation kerosene, etc.
