MBE-3C is a device for preparing microsphere microcapsules using high-voltage electrospinning and electronic injection methodIt integrates a dual channel independent control injection pump, a high-voltage power supply, and a multi-purpose nozzle bracket. By applying a direct current high voltage to the microfluidic needle, the sprayed liquid particles form microspheres or microcapsules in the receiving phase. Composite nanoparticles with a core-shell structure can be prepared using coaxial electronic injection method. The electronic injection method has the advantages of short preparation cycle, low equipment cost, high encapsulation efficiency, and uniform particle size distribution. It is suitable for preparing single microspheres, core-shell multilayer microspheres, and particularly suitable for encapsulation of various drugs, proteins, and bioactive substances. Applied in biomedical applications such as tissue filling, cell and drug delivery, and minimally invasive tissue regeneration.

Needles and stents
*Equipped with detachable double-layer coaxial needles as standard, it can be used for single needle experiments or core-shell double-layer experiments;
*Detachable design, the outer needle, inner needle, needle body seat, and connector can be easily disassembled and cleaned, solving the problem of difficult cleaning inside the welded coaxial needle head;
*Adopting a universal stainless steel needle holder, both the inner and outer needles can be replaced, suitable for various combinations of core-shell rulers

*The main needle holder is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant; The adapter is made of medical grade PP material, which is clean and safe;

*The nozzle bracket is electrically adjustable and equipped with a ruler, making it easy to calculate and set the spraying distance;
