Stainless steel vacuum hot press furnace

1、 Purpose:
This electric furnace is mainly used by colleges and research institutions to sinter inorganic materials under vacuum (or protective atmosphere) hot pressing conditions, in order to obtain high-density products
3、 Structural description
（1） Furnace body: The furnace body is a vertical furnace shell with a stainless steel inner layer and a cylindrical outer layer made of carbon steel. A jacket is formed between the two layers to allow cooling water to dissipate the heat transferred to the furnace shell, ensuring that the temperature of the furnace wall does not exceed 60 ℃. The upper and lower flanges are welded together as a whole. There is an infrared temperature measurement hole (with a protective atmosphere ventilation port), a thermocouple temperature measurement hole, a suction hole, and an observation hole in the middle. The platinum rhodium thermocouple has an automatic exit device when it reaches temperature, and the infrared temperature measurement observation hole has a glass air blowing anti fog device. The observation hole used by the operator is equipped with a baffle.
（2） On the furnace body is the furnace cover, which consists of inner and outer heads and flanges. The water-cooled furnace cover in the middle is suspended on the opening and closing mechanism, and the handle on the plate moving starting mechanism can lift the furnace cover by 10-15mm. The furnace cover has a pressure head, pressure sensor, exhaust diaphragm valve, and furnace cover locking device.
（3） Bottom section: It is also composed of inner and outer heads and flanges, water-cooled in the middle, fixed at the bottom of the furnace body, with electrode introduction, lower pressure head inlet diaphragm valve, etc., and equipped with adjustable height displacement sensors.
（4） The furnace frame consists of an upper beam, furnace frame, bottom, and columns, which serve as upper and lower pressure head supports.
（5） The heating element inside the furnace is made of graphite, and the insulation material is graphite felt and graphite cylinder as the insulation screen. The upper and lower pressure heads are made of high-strength graphite.
（6） The hydraulic system adopts an electric input method for automatic adjustment, equipped with hydraulic locks and steering valves and other related devices. The pressure and displacement are both displayed digitally.
（7） The electric furnace vacuum system adopts 2X-30 mechanical pumps (equipped with electromagnetic vent valves) and K-200 oil diffusion pumps, and is also equipped with cold traps and units. Vacuum measurement is a composite vacuum gauge. The vacuum system is also equipped with a vent valve and an inflation valve, and the vacuum connection hose is made of stainless steel metal hose.
