The DFM/TS/GW device provides the current new AC coupling technology. The working principle of this monitoring system is to use the charge induction generated by the flow of dust particles around the probe to confirm the online emission amount (mg/sec) or emission concentration (mg/m3) of dust particles. After direct calibration, this system can also be used for online monitoring of emission concentration (unit=mg/m3).

The DFM/TS/GW dust concentration detector is an integrated structure consisting of a sensor unit and a transmitter unit.
2. The dedicated sensor is a passive type without electronic circuits. High sensitivity, unaffected by vibration, no dust contamination, high reliability, and long lifespan.
3. The current signal output by the transmitter is electrically isolated from the sensor unit, achieving interference free transmission of the output current signal.
4. Two wire (4-20mA) current signal generation and output, strong anti-interference ability, easy to transmit over long distances, and no special requirements for transmission wires. The output current is linearly related to the dust concentration, which facilitates subsequent PLC data processing.
5. Modular design allows for individual replacement of sensor units and transmitter units.
