High temperature anti-corrosion thermocouples are composed of high-temperature resistant alloy thermocouple wires, high-temperature resistant anti-corrosion protective tubes, and anti-corrosion junction boxes. They are suitable for various high-temperature and corrosive occasions in the production process and are widely used for temperature measurement in the petroleum industry, glass smelting, and ceramic industry.

It is widely used in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, glass smelting, and ceramics.

  High temperature anti-corrosion thermocoupleTemperature measurement based on thermoelectric effect. It consists of two different conductors (usually precious metals such as platinum and rhodium) forming a closed circuit. When the temperatures of the two contacts are different, a thermoelectric potential is generated in the circuit, which is proportional to the temperature difference. By measuring the thermoelectric potential, the temperature of the measured medium can be calculated.

Structural composition:

1. Thermistor: Precious metals such as platinum and rhodium are commonly used as electrode materials, which have high precision and wide environmental applicability.

2. Protective sleeve: Made of anti-corrosion materials such as fluoroplastics, ceramics, graphite, or molybdenum disilicide (MoSi ₂), it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, insulation, etc., which can prevent thermal sensitive components from being damaged in chemical corrosion environments.

3. Anti corrosion junction box: used to connect thermocouples and measuring instruments, ensuring the stability and safety of signal transmission.

1. High temperature resistance: able to withstand high temperature environments, some models of thermocouples have a temperature measurement range of 0-1600 ℃ or even higher.

2. Corrosion resistance: The protective casing is made of anti-corrosion materials, which can resist the erosion of corrosive media such as acid and alkali, and extend its service life.

3. High precision: The thermistor is made of precious metal materials, which have high precision and long-term stability, and can meet the strict requirements of industrial temperature measurement.

4. High protection level: usually with a high protection level (such as IP65), it can prevent dust, water, etc. from entering the interior, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
