1、 Product Introduction
Thermal gas mass flowmeterBased on thermal diffusion/The principle of constant temperature difference allows for direct measurement of gas mass flow rate without the need for temperature and pressure compensation. The industrial mainstream is the constant temperature difference method (CTA).
1. Working principle
Dual platinum resistance sensor: reference sensor (measuring medium temperature T1), heating sensor (heating to T2, maintaining Δ T=T2-T1 constant)
The gas flow carries away the heat from the heating sensor. The larger the flow rate, the higher the heating power required, and the power is a fixed function of the mass flow rate.
Core advantages: direct mass flow rate, no temperature and pressure compensation, low pressure loss, wide range.
2. Structural form
Pipeline type (pipe section type): DN6- DN300mm, integrated/split, suitable for small and medium-sized pipe diameter, high-precision scenarios.
Insertion type: DN50-DN4000mm, probe inserted into pipeline, suitable for large pipe diameter, low pressure loss, non-stop installation.

4. Electrical parameters

• Display: LCD large screen, displaying quality flow rate, standard flow rate, cumulative flow rate, temperature, and flow rate.
Alarm: 1-2 relay outputs (10A/220V AC).
3、 Key selection points
1. Medium type: Confirm gas composition (thermal conductivity), acetylene is prohibited.
2. Pipe diameter and installation: For medium and small pipe diameters, choose the pipeline type; Large diameter insertion type.
3. Flow range: The commonly used flow ranges from 30% to 80% of the measurement range to ensure accuracy.
4. Temperature/Pressure: Customization of high-temperature/high-pressure models is required for high-temperature/high-pressure scenarios.
