The aluminum alloy frame structure, using precision air bath heating technology, can make the sample reach the testing temperature within 35 minutes, and the temperature uniformity meets the requirements of the testing method. Each test position has a digital temperature probe that displays the sample temperature simultaneously.

The touch sensitive LCD display screen centrally displays the temperature of the test bath, the temperature of each sample, the ventilation flow rate and time of each sample, the flow deviation alarm, and the test records of each group of samples. The fully automatic four channel test program controller can automatically turn on the air flow and maintain the specified test flow after the sample temperature reaches 150 ℃ and the foam head immersion time reaches or exceeds 5 minutes, give an alarm when ventilation stops * s, prompt to record the volume of foam in static state at each specified time point in the sedimentation period, input it into the instrument data storage table and store it.
