The Xiangke GHDY high-temperature load reduction soft melt droplet performance tester is mainly used for the determination of iron ore load reduction soft melt droplet performance and permeability under controlled atmosphere conditions. It can also be used for the evaluation of high-temperature metallurgical properties of natural block ores, sintered ores, ball ores, and comprehensive furnace materials, meeting the requirements of the GB/T34211-2017 standard for the determination of iron ore high-temperature load reduction soft melt droplet performance. The silicon molybdenum rod is used for heating, and the temperature control system has overcurrent and constant current function to extend the service life of the silicon molybdenum rod.

1、 Overview:

This equipment is mainly used for sintering preparation under controlled atmosphere conditions to determine the performance of iron ore under load and permeability. It can also be used for evaluating the high-temperature metallurgical properties of natural block ores, sintered ores, ball ores, and comprehensive furnace materials, meeting the requirements of the standard GB/T34211-2017 method for determining the performance of iron ore under high temperature load reduction soft melt droplets. The silicon molybdenum rod is used for heating, and the temperature control system has overcurrent and constant current function to extend the service life of the silicon molybdenum rod. The furnace material is made of imported high-quality materials, with fast heating speed, good insulation performance, and energy-saving. Connect the computer to control the display of parameters such as softening start temperature, softening end temperature, melting start temperature, drip temperature, softening interval, and softening melting interval of the test sample, and automatically generate a detection report.
