Product Details
FOAMSCAN launched by French company Tekris ™ HTMP high-temperature foam scanning analyzer is specially designed to study the characteristics of foam under high-temperature and high-pressure environment. The instrument injects gas into liquid through porous media to generate foam, which can accurately characterize the key parameters of foam, such as foaming property, stability, size distribution, etc. The operating temperature can reach up to 120 ℃, and the pressure can reach up to 8 bar.

FOAMSCAN ™ HTMP foam analyzer uses air blowing method to foam: the system accurately controls the gas flow through software, injects gas into liquid to form foam, and uses CCD camera to capture foam image in real time, analyze foam volume, liquid volume and other data, and all results support saving in image or video format.

This instrument is equipped with a three wall glass cylindrical tube, which can be used in conjunction with an external circulating bath to achieve precise temperature control and withstand high-pressure environments. The pipeline system can be equipped with an electrode module to measure the liquid content in the water-based foam through real-time conductivity.
In addition, FOAMSCAN ™ The HTMP can also be equipped with a second foam tube with a prism to analyze the bubble size distribution under normal pressure and up to 90 ℃. The whole machine is equipped with a protective shell, effectively avoiding environmental light interference and dust intrusion, ensuring stable and reliable measurement process.
