Equipment Introduction
This high-speed linear capping machine adopts a fully Chinese interface touch screen PLC control, with a German SEW motor for variable frequency speed regulation. The upper cover part adopts a stepped lifting belt, which has a fast feeding speed and low noise for bottle caps. The capping structure has a reverse cap automatic removal function, which can automatically detect and remove unqualified products such as capping defects, aluminum foil, and caps, ensuring smooth entry of bottle caps into the track without material blockage. It can automatically sort and capping, reducing labor intensity for workers;

scope of application

Suitable for rotary screw caps and anti-theft caps in industries such as food, daily chemical, and chemical, especially for the bottling and capping process of tablets and pills in the pharmaceutical industry.

Working principle
Firstly, store the bottle cap in the feeding hopper and transport it to the capping port through a variable frequency lifting belt. The capping function is achieved by two synchronous belts and three sets of six locking wheels, and the mechanical torque adjustment function is used to ensure that the capping is just right.

Principle characteristics

1: The body cover is made of stainless steel 304 material, which meets GMP requirements.

5: The digital position display function reduces the difficulty of operation and avoids loose screw caps caused by improper adjustment. (Different specifications of bottle cap size, bottle body size, bottle body height, and elevator height position are displayed with numbers for easy memory of adjustment parameters when replacing different products);
6: Open the bottle cap storage drawer without disassembling the base of the cap lifting mechanism;
7: Three sets of six rubbing wheels are divided into three stages: first stage, second stage, and third stage. They are first calibrated and then tightened to ensure the correctness of the bottle cap;
