Large batch sample homogenization processing: Fully automatic homogenizer equipped with four dispersers, capable of homogenizing four samples simultaneously. The sample tray can hold 24 100ml triangular flasks, and one cycle can process 24 samples. By quickly replacing the sample tray, samples can be continuously homogenized. Auto HG-48 can hold 48 15ml or 50ml sample tubes.

Fully automatic cleaning blade: Fully automatic homogenizer with liquid separation function. The fully automatic disperser provides a four step program for cyclic cleaning, including water cleaning, organic solvent cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning. After processing each sample, the blade is automatically cleaned to prevent cross contamination and truly achieve unsupervised work.

Self-cleaning of groove inner wall: groove inner wall cleaning can be set to ensure that the liquid inside the groove is clean every time the blade is cleaned, truly preventing sample cross contamination.

Leak proof cross contamination: Fully automatic homogenizer with liquid separation function. The fully automatic disperser is equipped with a cutting head hanging on the wall and a leakage receiving groove. When the cutting head rises from the liquid level, the receiving groove moves below the cutting head and moves with the cutting head to prevent leakage and contamination of other samples or sample trays.
