High speed express delivery sealing/adhesive combination machine

The EMS-KD70-6 express delivery seal forming/pasting combination machine is used to paste express envelopes, such as EMS, UPS, DHL, SF Express, Zhongtong, Shentong and other express envelopes. It integrates paste forming, double-sided tape pasting and tear line pasting. The main process is: bottom suction feeding, pin positioning, bottom horizontal folding, rotary adhesive application, longitudinal folding of both sides, flat belt compression, turning and turning, secondary positioning, suction roller pasting double-sided tape and tear line, longitudinal folding and sealing, counting and collection.

The machine adopts a cast frame structure, and the main transmission adopts synchronous belt transmission, making the machine run at a higher speed and smoother. The double-sided adhesive components and easy to tear tape components are adjusted axially using screws, making adjustment more convenient. The machine is equipped with jamming, idle detection, and idle clutch, making startup more user-friendly.
