DWS250E diamond wire saw is a vertical unidirectional running desktop wire saw.

The workpiece cutting section it can handle is H250xT250mm. The circumference of the diamond enclosed coil is 2 meters, and the suitable coil outer diameter ranges from 0.35 to 0.60mm. The wire speed can be continuously adjusted from 4m/s to 12m/s. The use of gravity feed method ensures constant feed pressure and reduces the additional vibration, noise, maintenance and update costs and troubles caused by auxiliary equipment. This wire saw can perform dry cutting or wet cutting on workpieces.

DWS250E is equipped with a clear Chinese touch screen, providing a Chinese interface and graphical step-by-step help files. Customers can quickly and easily master the usage method without any user experience. The industrial grade drive and control system ensures a stable and precise cutting process. The body is equipped with multiple sensors, which can automatically stop the equipment in a timely manner when the workpiece is cut, the wire wheel cover is opened, or there is a broken wire, ensuring the safety of the sample and operators. The overall framework structure of the machine is made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum, with excellent corrosion resistance and strong durability.
