It can perform high-resolution internal visualization and measurement analysis on workpieces, and can be equipped with in-situ devices for stretching, compression, bending, and temperature testing. The lead window supports direct viewing of samples during setup and scanning, with a scanning volume of 320mm in diameter and 530mm in height, and a resolution of up to 0.4 μ m. The dual beam source structure of microtubes and nanotubes is suitable for medium-sized parts.
