High resolution internal visualization and measurement analysis of workpieces can be carried out. The walk-in cabinet design of 160KVµ focus 230KV dual beam source can be equipped with in-situ devices for tensile, compression, bending, and temperature testing. The scanning volume is 600mm in diameter and 720mm in height, with a resolution as low as 0.4 μ m, suitable for large-sized parts.
