purpose
DNL 75 is installed in the 50MW unit, DN225 is installed in the 100MW unit, and DN300 is installed on the outlet water supply pipeline of the high-pressure heater in the 200MW unit. It is used in conjunction with the inlet valve. When the inlet valve is closed and the check valve is closed, the water supply switches to the bypass, and the high-pressure heater is safely disconnected.
structural characteristics
1. Valves should be installed vertically.
2. The sealing surface of the valve seat is made of drill based hard alloy plasma spray welding, which has good wear resistance and abrasion resistance.
3. The surface of the valve stem is treated with corrosion-resistant nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
4. When put into operation, use the handwheel to rotate the valve stem to the highest position.
