Product Introduction:

High pressure grinding machines are widely used in the high-precision powder processing of over 280 types of materials in industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and building materials. They are suitable for grinding non flammable and explosive materials with a Mohs hardness of no more than 9.3 and humidity below 6%. Materials such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, etc. are mainly composed of equipment such as main engine, reducer, analyzer, pipeline device, blower, dust collector, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, electric control system, etc.
Performance characteristics:

working principle:
The working principle of the high-pressure mill is similar to that of the Raymond mill, but the grinding device is equipped with a high-pressure spring with a pressure of 1000-1500 kilograms. When the machine is working, the grinding roller of the high-pressure mill rotates around the spindle and rolls tightly against the grinding ring under the action of the high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. Its rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond mill under the same power conditions, so the output of the high-pressure mill is greatly increased. After the ground material enters the grinding chamber, it is lifted by a shovel and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for rolling. The rolled powder is brought into the analysis machine with the circulating air of the blower, and the qualified fine powder flows into the cyclone powder collector with the air to be the finished product. Large particles fall back and are re ground. The circulating air returns to the blower and repeats the above process, while the residual air enters the bag filter for purification. After the grinding roll and grinding ring reach a certain wear, adjust the length of the high-pressure spring to maintain a constant grinding pressure between the grinding roll and grinding ring. Thus ensuring stable yield and fineness.
