Design features
A high-pressure fine water mist nozzle is composed of a nozzle body, a nozzle, a nozzle core, and a filter screen. After a certain pressure of water enters the nozzle through the filter screen, the pressure water is ejected at high speed from the nozzle hole, generating strong friction with the surrounding air. The water flow is torn apart, forming a fine water mist that is sprayed at a certain angle. The fine water mist sprayed by the high-pressure fine water mist nozzle belongs to Class I fine water mist, Dv0.9≤100μ, High pressure, good diffusion effect, and long residence time of water mist after spraying. Compared with other nozzles, it can reduce the spray intensity of fire extinguishing and control, and use less water

Common applications
This nozzle is an important component of high-pressure fine water mist fire extinguishing systems. It can cool the fire plume through small droplets, isolate oxygen with water vapor, and reduce radiant heat to control and extinguish fires. It is usually installed in production sites, warehouses, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, theaters, office buildings, high-rise buildings, and garages with fire hazards. The nozzle should be installed vertically or horizontally, with two forms: open nozzle and closed nozzle. If used in ships or corrosive environments, stainless steel nozzles can be provided, but separate orders and processing are required
