NGC Quest 10 and NGC Quest 10 Plus systems

The NGC Quest 10 and NGC Quest 10 Plus systems are designed to use precise gradient solution mixing for high-resolution separation of biomolecules. Both systems offer:

• The automated 10ml/min system pump and high-precision solution mixing function can provide high-resolution separation for all chromatographic applications

• Using fixed or dynamic injection rings to achieve automatic injection

• By utilizing a hybrid module, gradient separation can be achieved under different pH conditions, enabling rapid process development

• Compatible with C-96 automatic sampler, it can achieve precise and repeatable injection regardless of whether it comes with cooling components or not

• Compatible with BioFrac sub collectors to complete the collection of sample components

• The NGC Quest 10 system comes standard with a single wavelength detector, which can accurately measure protein absorption values and solution conductivity values

• The NGC Quest 10 Plus system comes standard with a multi wavelength detector that can detect up to 4 wavelength parameters. It can accurately measure proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, or chromogenic molecules while also detecting the conductivity value in the system
