Overview
The high-pressure blower for sewage aeration in slaughterhouses is a centrifugal single suction double support structure, driven by a motor or turbine through an elastic column pin coupling. From the rear end of the motor or turbine, the blower rotor rotates counterclockwise with the inlet and outlet facing upwards. The blower housing is made of cast iron and has advantages such as vibration reduction, noise reduction, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance. The spindle is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the impeller is made of ordinary low-alloy steel. If the pressure is too high, high-strength alloy steel is generally used. Bearings have both rolling and sliding functions. Rolling bearings are lubricated with lithium molybdenum disulfide based grease, while sliding bearings are lubricated with forced oil supply.
