Working Principle:
1．This series of horizontal grinding machines are precision grinding equipment, which move the workpiece horizontally by vacuum spindle suction, close to the grinding wheel, and rotate at high speed in the opposite direction to the diamond grinding wheel. The diamond grinding wheel swings back and forth. The grinding resistance is small and does not damage the workpiece, and the grinding is uniform with high production efficiency.

1．It can reduce the processing thickness of the workpiece to 0.03mm without breaking. Moreover, the parallelism and flatness can be controlled within a range of ± 0.002mm.
2．High thinning efficiency, LED sapphire substrate can be thinned by 0.048mm per minute. Silicon wafer can be thinned by 0.250mm per minute.
