1、 Product Introduction
This filling machine is a four head fully automatic quantitative filling machine for oil liquids, suitable for filling various viscous liquids such as lubricating oil, edible oil, etc. The filling specifications and filling volume can be adjusted, and the vacuum suction device ensures that the nozzle does not drip oil during the production process. The dual speed (fast first and then slow) filling method allows for free adjustment of the flow rate, preventing liquid foaming and overflow. The foot operated switch is activated to automatically complete the nozzle's descent, filling, and lifting in one go, making the operation simple and fast.
Scope of application:
This series of oil filling lines is widely used for filling various oils and viscous liquids, such as peanut oil, blended oil, rapeseed oil and other edible oils.

7、 Maintenance and upkeep:
(1) Regularly keep the equipment clean, especially the electrical appliances on the electrical panel, moisture-proof and dust-proof. It is forbidden to change the program of the frequency converter and program controller at will.
(2) The power supply voltage should be stable and not exceed ± 15%. The material temperature should be maintained between 10 ℃ and 40 ℃, the ambient temperature should be maintained between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃, and the temperature should be maintained between 5% and 95% PH.
(3) The flowmeter used in this machine is a precision instrument, therefore, the oil must undergo precision filtration before it can be filled.
(4) After finishing the unfinished work, the power and oil inlet valve should be turned off.
(5) Pay attention to the cleanliness of the infrared sensor, regularly wipe it clean with clean cotton, and strictly prohibit any object from approaching the sensor during operation. Strong light should not be directly or reflected on the sensor, otherwise it will malfunction.
(6) Regularly add cylinder lubricating oil to the pneumatic triad.
(7) When not using this machine for a long time, all parts should be wiped clean and covered with plastic or tarpaulin to prevent dust.
