Overview

Common problem analysis
Common Faults
1. The data displayed on the LCD of the recorder and the recorded data are both”ERR”
Reason:The sensor of the temperature and humidity recorder is disconnected or damaged
Solution:Contact after-sales service personnel to repair or replace the sensor.
2. The instrument battery is fully charged, but it seems that it has not been used for a long time
Reason:The battery is a rechargeable battery, and as the service life increases, the battery capacity will decrease. This situation is more likely that the customer is not fully charged. Although the battery displays as full, there may be a brief overshoot during the charging process.
Solution:When charging, the red light is on; When fully charged, the green light is on (while the red light is off). It is recommended to refer to the charging indicator light to determine whether the battery is fully charged
3. Connect the device to the computer via USB, click on "Device Online" in the software, and it shows that the device has failed to connect. Please check the communication status
Reason:There are two possibilities for this situation, one is the equipmentThere is really a problem with USB, without explanation, and another reason is that the correct USB port was not selected.
Solution:Click on the software:Parameter ConfigurationClick on 'Refresh Serial Port' in the communication configuration below, and select the correct serial port from the dropdown menu. If there are many serial port numbers that can be pulled down, you canRight click on "My Computer" and select "Properties", then click on "Device Manager" to view the specific serial port number, as shown in the picture.
