Product Details
The high-precision analytical balance does not have a power switch similar to ordinary electrical appliances. When powered on, even if there is no display on the monitor, the equipment is already in a preheated state, and the key is only the display of the switch. Scales that are frequently weighed do not require unplugging the power supply, especially for trace and ultra trace scales. If conditions permit, they can maintain a preheated state without electricity for a long time. It is not suitable to put it into use immediately after preheating, and certain loading and unloading should be carried out to move it.
Usage of high-precision analytical balance:
Adopting a new generation single-chip microcomputer control, the performance is stable and reliable. Surface mount components are welded and not easily damaged by transportation vibrations.
AC/DC dual-use, with standard RS232 printing port (optional), equipped with sensor protection device, transportation vibration will not damage the sensor.
Several objects that need to be weighed can be placed on the scale in sequence and weighed. After each weighing, press the skin button once to achieve simple accumulation of weighing.
The weighing speed is adjustable. Used on the production line, with 4 gears to choose from, meeting the needs of fast weighing; For laboratory use, slow gear can be selected for more accurate weighing results.
Precautions for use:
1. It must be verified and qualified by the metrology department before use, and should be immediately stopped in case of malfunction. Users are not allowed to modify the data settings or adjust the instrument components arbitrarily.
2. Operators must undergo professional training, be familiar with the main technical performance and operation methods of this equipment, and have proficient handling abilities when encountering problems during use.
4. Turn on the sight during measurement and turn off the sight after measurement.
5. During the weighing process, the measured object should not be larger than the maximum weight or smaller than the minimum weight.
6. The installation of weighing sensors should be suspended as much as possible, so that the measured force coincides with the force axis of the sensor, avoiding lateral force and affecting accuracy.
7. The lead wire of the weighing sensor should be fixed and should not affect the display accuracy.
How to eliminate electrostatic interference in high-precision analytical scales?
1. To avoid direct increase in humidity caused by static electricity, it is recommended to maintain an ambient humidity of around 70%.
2. If the object being weighed has static electricity, eliminate it before weighing.
3. Before using the balance, the user can first touch the wall to remove static electricity from the operator's body.
4. In addition to maintaining the humidity in the environment where the electronic balance is used, it is also necessary to properly connect the ground wire of the electronic balance to effectively avoid the generation of static electricity.
5. In addition to the above methods for eliminating static electricity in electronic scales, some users use metal sample slots to quickly eliminate static electricity. But some users cannot choose a weighing container, such as those who use filter paper weighing. They can use special weighing rooms, such as half height weighing rooms, specially made metals, weighing tables, etc., which can eliminate static electricity and reduce the impact of airflow.
