1、 Overview:
Magnetic flap level gauge is a product introduced and developed by Kaianda Company by absorbing similar foreign products and improving them for production. The series of products can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and safe and reliable measurement of liquid level under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosive conditions. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, eye-catching display, intuitive reading, and a large measurement range. Equipped with liquid level alarm and control switch, it can realize upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level or boundary. Paired with LB type liquid level transmitter, it can convert liquid level and boundary signals into two-wire 4-20mADC standard signals, realizing remote detection, indication, recording, and control.
The series of products are widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food production processes.
2、 Structural principle:
The magnetic flap level gauge works based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnet in the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving liquid level indication.
3、 Scope of application:
Suitable for liquid level measurement of liquid media in high-temperature and high-pressure containers. In addition to on-site instructions, remote transmitters and alarm (control) switches can also be equipped with complete detection functions. The indication is novel, the reading is intuitive and eye-catching, and the direction of the observation indicator can be changed according to the user's needs. The measurement range is large and not limited by the height of the storage tank. The indicator mechanism is isolated from the tested medium, resulting in good sealing, high reliability, and safe use. Simple structure, easy installation, and low maintenance costs.

1. Measurement range: 150-8000mm. For level gauges with a center distance exceeding 8000mm or transportation conditions that do not allow the length to be exceeded, segmented manufacturing can be used

3. Working temperature: ≤ 420 ℃, accuracy: ± 10mm, medium density: ≥ 500kg/m3
4. Environmental vibration: frequency ≤ 25Hz, amplitude ≤ 0.5mm, following speed: ≤ 0.08m/s, medium viscosity: ≤ 0.4Pa.S
5. Process connection: Side installation flange of bypass: DN25, PN4.0
6. Flange standard: HG20592-20635-97 Other flange standards should be specified by the user.
7. LB remote transmitter measurement range: 300-8000mm, output signal: 4-20mADC two-wire system, power supply: 24VDC (15-35VDC).
