高智能容错UPS电源

UPS power supplyThe HIFT (Haifu) high intelligent fault-tolerant UPS in China is designed with an N+X architecture to improve system fault tolerance. It can be configured with reliability levels as needed to meet constantly changing load requirements, and can be expanded as needed. It is a highly reliable and available intelligent UPS system with the shortest system repair time capability.

Availability is a measure of a system's ability to provide continuous service, which is the result of dividing the system's operating time by the sum of its operating time and system downtime, i.e. [availability=MTBF/(MTBF+MTTR)].

MTBF is the average failure interval, and the longer it is, the higher the system reliability;

MTTR is the average repair time, and the shorter it is, the easier the system is to recover and therefore the better.

Therefore, in order to improve the availability of UPS systems, it is necessary to increase the reliability of UPS (MTBF). The improvement of reliability can be achieved by increasing redundancy, such as our most commonly used 1+1 redundant parallel UPS system. The more redundancy there is, the more reliable the system, such as 1+2 and 1+3 redundant systems (there are 2 or even 3 redundant backups in the power supply system). At the same time, when the UPS system fails, we also need to try our best to repair the UPS fault (MTTR) in the shortest possible time. Only such a system has the highest availability and is not prone to power outages. The best way to shorten maintenance time is to use modular hot swapping technology, which means that during system maintenance, the UPS is always in the inverter power supply state. Simply remove the faulty module and then plug in the good module, which means that the UPS system has modular hot swapping maintenance capability.
