Product Details

LYWHX-9200High current clamp meter wireless phase analyzerIntroduction

Composed of wireless receiver, hook type detector, telescopic insulation rod, etc. Hook type detectors are different from traditional phase detectors that require metal detection hooks to be connected. Instead, they adopt an integrated hook design. B-type products are also compatible with high-voltage current testing functions and can be directly hung on the circuit to test current and phase, saving time and effort. They can hook wires with a diameter of 168mm or busbars with a diameter of 168mm × 245mm; The receiver adopts a 3.5-inch true color LCD screen, which displays the nuclear phase result, current, phase, frequency, etc. on the same screen, with vector diagram indication and voice prompts such as "X signal normal, Y signal normal, in-phase, out of phase", which are clear and intuitive. The distance between open ground nuclear phases can reach up to 1600m, and it can intelligently detect voltage lines ranging from 10V to 550kV. Bare wires below 35kV can directly contact the nuclear phase, while bare wires above 35kV use non-contact nuclear phases. The non-contact nuclear phase is achieved by gradually approaching the tested wire with a hook detector. When an electric field signal is induced, the nuclear phase can be completed without directly contacting the high-voltage wire, making it more reliable! This nuclear phase analyzer has the functions of a high-voltage voltage tester, a high-voltage phase meter, and a high-voltage phase sequence meter, which can be used for electrical testing, phase sequence testing, transformer group determination, etc.

The LYWHX-9200B X detector also has high and low voltage current and leakage current testing functions, with a current measurement range of 0-20000A, and meets the requirements of nuclear phase, current, leakage current, phase, phase sequence, and electrical verification tests; It can also be used for leakage inspection: the X detector with current testing function is hooked onto the cable and inspected along the line. If the receiver changes from displaying a large current to displaying a very small current or no current, this point is the cable leakage point.

2. Testing

High pressure, extremely dangerous! It must be operated by trained and qualified personnel, and the operator must strictly follow the rules, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock, causing personal injury or casualties.

35kVPlease use non-contact methods for the above bare wire phase detection. The detector should gradually approach the wire, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock and personal injury or death accidents.

Contact nuclear phase: When the bare wire voltage is below 35kV, or when the wire has an insulated outer layer below 110kV, the detector can be hung on the wire to detect the nuclear phase, so that the wire is in Zone A of the detector, and the contact voltage is collected from the metal sheet, as shown in the figure. When the voltage is extremely low, such as below 60V, if the environment is narrow and inconvenient to operate, a thin bare wire can be used to lead out the tested point first, and then the phase can be checked. When leading, attention should be paid to protection to avoid electric shock. During the nuclear phase, the detector automatically adjusts the induction intensity of the electric field, and automatically increases or decreases the signal amplification factor based on the strength of the electric field, making it easier for nuclear phase detection in areas with dense lines.

Non contact nuclear phase: When the voltage of the bare wire is higher than 35kV, the detector gradually approaches the wire (without contacting the wire), and when the detector senses an electric field, it emits a "beep beep beep" beep sound to complete the nuclear phase.

Self verification phase: Before going to the site for phase verification, self verification can be done in the laboratory or office to confirm that the instrument is working properly. First, insert the self calibration line plug into a 220V power socket. Then, contact the two clips of the self calibration line with the voltage acquisition metal pieces of the XY detector, and self verify the phase on the same live wire. The host indicates the same phase. If there is no signal, it is possible that the self calibration line plug is inserted incorrectly. Simply unplug and reinsert it.

Current testing: Hook the X detector of the product with current testing function onto the wire and place the wire in the A zone of the hook type detector to test the current. Position error during current testing: There is no position error in Zone A; The position error in Zone B has increased by approximately 0.2%; The position error in Zone C has increased by approximately 2%.

Multi core cable leakage inspection method: Hook the X detector of the product with current testing function on the cable and inspect along the line. If the receiver changes from displaying a large current to displaying a very small current or no current, this point is the cable leakage point.

During testing, it is strictly prohibited to hook simultaneously2Bare wires can cause2A bare wire short circuit is extremely dangerous.

Hook the live and neutral wires (2 wires) together to measure the leakage current of single-phase electrical equipment.

Hook the grounding wire (1 wire) to measure the leakage current of the grounding wire of the measuring device.

Hook the three-phase four wire (4 wires) together to test the total leakage current.

1、 Introduction

It is carefully designed and manufactured for high-voltage line phase detection, breaking through the voltage level limitations of traditional phase detectors. It can achieve automatic phase detection from 200V~220kV voltage (such as 400V, 10kV, 35kV, 66kV, 110kV, 220kV) in extremely low voltage lines, without the need to purchase multiple sets of phase detectors according to voltage levels, saving costs, reducing portability, and saving time and speed. For high-voltage line phase detection (when the voltage exceeds 400V), the metal probe hook of the detector can be gradually brought closer to the wire. When an electric field signal is induced, phase detection can be completed without directly contacting the high-voltage wire! When the bare wire voltage exceeds 35kV, non-contact core phase must be used. This nuclear phase analyzer also has functions such as testing phase, frequency, phase sequence, electrical verification, and transformer group determination.

Composed of a host, detector, telescopic insulation rod, monitoring software, USB communication cable, etc., the wireless signal transmission distance is about 30 meters. The host adopts a 3.5-inch true color LCD screen, which can display phase, frequency, phase sequence, and nuclear phase results on the same screen; Vector diagram indication and phase indication, clear and intuitive; It has voice prompts such as "X signal normal, Y signal normal, in-phase, out of phase", making testing simpler and easier.

The monitoring software has online real-time monitoring, historical data query, vector graph indication, and phase indication functions; It has functions such as reading, querying, saving, and printing historical data.

The software needs to be installed on Windows XP/2000 system and has functions such as online real-time data, historical query, data saving, vector graph indication, and phase indication; It has functions such as reading, querying, saving, and printing historical data.

9. Self verification

Please perform self calibration before on-site phase verification to confirm that the instrument is functioning properly. Connect the two clips of the self calibration line to the probes of the two detectors, and then plug the self calibration line plug into an AC 220V power socket. Perform self calibration on the same live wire, and the host indicates the same phase. If there is no power, the neutral wire may have been inserted. Simply plug the self calibration line plug back in.

10. Nuclear phase, phase, electrical verification, frequency, and phase sequence testing

Connect the insulation rod and turn on the device. If the communication between the host and the detector is normal, the corresponding indicator light will be on. If the communication is abnormal, the indicator light will not be on. At the same time, the host will voice prompt "X signal normal" and "Y signal normal".

When nucleating, first bring the X detector close to or in contact with any phase line, and then bring the Y detector close to or in contact with other phase lines to be nucleated. When the high voltage nuclear phase occurs, the detector does not need to directly contact the high voltage wire. The detector hook is gradually brought closer to the wire. When an electric field is sensed, the detector will emit a "beep beep beep" prompt sound and the indicator light will continue to flash, completing the electrical verification function. Low voltage phase detection (400V and below), especially for low-voltage phase detection in distribution boxes, please replace the metal probe hook with a metal probe.

When non-contact nuclear phase is used, if the wires of each phase are relatively close to each other, a position far away from other wires should be selected for testing.

The nuclear phase is based on the X detector and displays phase A in a fixed manner. If the phase angle difference between the two detectors is within the range of -25 ° to 25 ° (335 ° to 360 ° is -25 ° to 0 °), the Y detector will detect phase A and classify it as in phase; If the phase angle difference between two detectors is within the range of 95 ° -145 ° or 215 ° -265 °, it is classified as out of phase. At the same time, the host voice prompts "same phase" or "out of phase".

When the phase angle difference is between 95 ° and 145 °, the detection result of the Y detector is phase B, that is, in sequential order; The phase angle difference is between 215 ° and 265 °, and the detection result of the Y detector is phase C, which is the reverse phase sequence.

VI Battery replacement

1) When the battery voltage drops to 7.2V ± 0.1V, the host displays a low battery voltage symbol, and the detector power indicator light flashes rapidly, indicating that the battery is low and needs to be replaced.

2) Press the POWER button to turn off the device, confirm that the instrument panel is in the off state, open the battery cover, replace it with a brand new and qualified battery, pay special attention to the battery specifications and polarity, cover the battery cover, and then turn on the device to confirm whether the replacement is complete.
