1、 Product Overview
The OZONE-300 series UV high concentration ozone analyzer is designed and manufactured based on the Lambert Beer law and in accordance with the national environmental standards of the People's Republic of China, "Determination of Ozone in Environmental Air - Ultraviolet Method", and the calibration and calibration methods of the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China, "Ozone Generator for Water Treatment". By measuring the changes in light signal intensity before and after the absorption of ultraviolet light by ozone, the current ozone concentration value is calculated. The equipment uses an advanced dual path ultraviolet light source system, which is equipped with an intelligent management system for the lamp tube. After turning on, the ultraviolet lamp tube can quickly reach the measurement state. It adopts foreign separated light cell technology and has the characteristics of no leakage, high pressure resistance, high flow sampling gas impact resistance, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, simple operation, and low usage cost. It is mainly used for continuous detection of ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozone gas in pipelines, containers and other environments during operation. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, municipal engineering, and sewage treatment to measure the outlet concentration and output of ozone generators.

5、 OZONE-300 series UV high concentration ozone analyzer product structure composition:

Inlet - Inlet: The inlet of the ozone analyzer connected in series with the ozone pipeline, which serves as the ozone inlet for bypass sampling.
Inlet outlet: The outlet of the ozone analyzer connected in series with the ozone pipeline. If a bypass sampling is performed, this air outlet will be sealed.
Air outlet - outlet: The outlet of the ozone analyzer is equipped with an ozone disruptor, and the air outlet has no ozone smell, which can be discharged indoors
