1、 Product Overview

The OZONE-300 series UV high concentration ozone analyzer is designed and manufactured based on the Lambert Beer law and in accordance with the national environmental standards of the People's Republic of China, "Determination of Ozone in Environmental Air - Ultraviolet Method", and the calibration and calibration methods of the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China, "Ozone Generator for Water Treatment". By measuring the changes in light signal intensity before and after the absorption of ultraviolet light by ozone, the current ozone concentration value is calculated. The equipment uses an advanced dual path ultraviolet light source system, which is equipped with an intelligent management system for the lamp tube. After turning on, the ultraviolet lamp tube can quickly reach the measurement state. It adopts foreign separated light cell technology and has the characteristics of no leakage, high pressure resistance, high flow sampling gas impact resistance, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, simple operation, and low usage cost. It is mainly used for continuous detection of ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozone gas in pipelines, containers and other environments during operation. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, municipal engineering, and sewage treatment to measure the outlet concentration and output of ozone generators.


2、 OZONE-300 series UV high concentration ozone analyzer features:

  1. The ozone analyzer is equipped with a touch screen operation interface, which displays the concentration of ozone gas in real time,
  2. Equipped with pressure and temperature compensation and display, automatic zero calibration time and manual zero calibration mode can be set.
  3. The high concentration (g/Nm3) range is equipped with a flow input function, which can display the output of the ozone generator in real time.
  4. Equipped with two sets of relay signal outputs, users can freely choose between high and low alarm point signal output connections.
  5. The core components adopt a UV long-life light source system and use high transmittance quartz plates to ensure the stability of the zero point and prevent zero drift from affecting the accuracy of concentration detection.
  6. Based on the pressure resistant and impact resistant independent light cell structure designed using foreign light cell technology, the gas flow rate, pressure, and flow velocity remain unchanged during zero calibration operation to prevent the impact of airflow on zero calibration. Zero calibration operation can be completed without closing the ozone inlet, ensuring that the equipment can operate continuously 24 hours a day.

5、 OZONE-300 series UV high concentration ozone analyzer product structure composition:

Inlet - Inlet: The inlet of the ozone analyzer connected in series with the ozone pipeline, which serves as the ozone inlet for bypass sampling.

Inlet outlet: The outlet of the ozone analyzer connected in series with the ozone pipeline. If a bypass sampling is performed, this air outlet will be sealed.

Air outlet - outlet: The outlet of the ozone analyzer is equipped with an ozone disruptor, and the air outlet has no ozone smell, which can be discharged indoors
