High chromium cast iron lining plate

The mass fraction of chromium in Xinhai high chromium cast iron alloy lining plate is greater than 11%, and the ratio of chromium to carbon content exceeds 4.5. The destructive effect of carbides on the matrix is greatly reduced, so the toughness of Xinhai high chromium cast iron is better than that of ordinary white cast iron and low chromium cast iron. By adding other alloying elements and conducting appropriate heat treatment, high chromium cast iron can obtain different matrix structures to meet the performance requirements of wear-resistant materials under various working conditions.
