1、 Product Usage

2、 Product performance

(1) Refrigeration and Heating Performance

1. Refrigeration system: using French "Taikang" compressor units, combined with imported refrigeration components such as American RANCO and Swiss "ALFALAVAL"; Using R404A and R23 environmentally friendly refrigerants, it is green and pollution-free, and equipped with high-pressure control, overpressure, overload and other protection systems for safe operation.

2. Heating system: The ceramic frame nickel chromium wire electric heater is used, which has low thermal inertia and long service life. The controller outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal, which is combined with a solid-state relay to control the heating amount. The heating is stable and reliable, and can quickly respond to temperature adjustment needs.

(2) Control performance

The control system is composed of a LCD touch screen temperature controller and Schneider Electric components, with a fully Chinese operating interface that is friendly and easy to understand; 120 sets of programs can be set, with a maximum of 99 steps per set, supporting both full loop (up to 999 loops) and partial loop (up to 99 loops); Equipped with local/remote dual operation function, supporting automatic data storage (with a storage capacity of at least 1 year, storing temperature and humidity data every 15 minutes), can be imported and exported through a USB flash drive or transmitted back to an industrial PC through communication, supporting curve, chart, and Excel format presentation; The minimum display resolution is 0.01 ℃, with * fault display, alarm, and power-off recovery functions, high control accuracy, and convenient operation.

(3) Explosion proof safety performance

For flammable and explosive test samples such as energy storage batteries, multiple safety protection measures are equipped: the inner box, door hinges, and door lock structures are strengthened; Adopting fire-resistant flower design, including explosion-proof, temperature resistant, and moisture-proof lighting fixtures, overall good grounding, reserved safety clearance and special material selection for air circulation system, and temperature switch for heater fault protection; Install reusable diameter pressure relief ports that automatically release pressure when the pressure inside the box exceeds 1.03 bar, equipped with protective covers to ensure personnel safety; The control system is equipped with multiple safety protections to ensure the safety of equipment and test samples.

(5) Operational stability

During the operation of the equipment, it is forbidden to open the box door at will to avoid the leakage of high and low temperature gases that may cause personal injury or affect the accuracy of the test;

2. It is prohibited to place flammable, explosive, corrosive, and volatile dangerous goods (except for designated explosion-proof test samples) to avoid safety accidents;

3. Regularly inspect equipment seals, pressure relief ports, refrigeration systems, and heating systems. If damage or abnormalities are found, stop the machine in a timely manner to prevent equipment failures from escalating;
