This series of environmental test chambers can provide a simulated environment for users to inspect and test electronic and electrical components, spare parts, or experimental departments in related industries, providing conditions for the accuracy and consistency (repeatability) of test data.
Product Features:
Refrigeration system: French Taikang compressor, control instrument adopts Shanghai Songhua "TH1500" series, with Chinese and English interface switching. Third level password operation.
● Outer box material: Cold plate baked paint. Inner wall material: high-quality mirror 304 stainless steel plate. Box insulation material: fiberglass.
Single opening hairpin chain door (facing the box, left hairpin chain, right handle), equipped with observation window, lighting, window frame/door frame anti condensation electric heating device.
Control panel: controller display screen, USB interface, RS232 computer communication interface, power switch, status indicator light, and sound and light alarm device.
● Unit: refrigeration unit, water tray, drainage hole, condenser fan, condenser inlet.
The control system automatically adjusts the optimal energy-saving operating conditions of the refrigeration machine according to the test conditions. The cooling capacity of the evaporator is driven by the control system to switch the solenoid valve.
Controller: 7-inch PLC touch screen comes standard with 100 sets of 100 segment program temperature control, heating rate, overtemperature alarm, timing, restart to restore temperature and time memory, display heating curve, can record 800 minutes of data (recorded per minute), can be scheduled to start and shut down at a predetermined time.
