1. Product Introduction
The HW2000 infrared carbon sulfur analyzer is used with GP2000 high-frequency induction combustion, which can determine the content of carbon and sulfur in steel, alloys, non-ferrous metals, rare earth metals, ores, slag, catalysts and other materials quickly and accurately.

6. Circuit system
The circuit system uses large-scale integration, and all large-scale integrated circuit boards which are industrial-grade electronic components and welded mechanically to ensure the stability and reliability of long-term operation. The power supply system has two solid-state power modules. The power supply module has a short circuit protection function, is resistant to current impact, is dust-proof, simple and reliable; the connection uses a shielded flat wire connector, which eliminates the potential for failure caused by poor contact, and improves the reliability of the entire circuit and the connection reliability between lines. The data transmission lines of circuit system and other circuits have professional anti-interference measures to reduce the impact of electromagnetic interference.
7. The whole machine structure
The whole machine use a modular and integrated design, with four independent modules: high-frequency furnace, gas circuit system, circuit system, and infrared detection system. The high-frequency furnace is equipped with professional anti-high-frequency leakage devices, and the entire circuit system has anti-electromagnetic interference devices; avoiding the unstable analysis results caused by high-frequency interference or electromagnetic interference and the impact of high-frequency radiation on the human body.

8.5 Automatic cleaning and dust removal design
The ash discharge process is automatically controlled by the computer. Each analysis can eliminate interference from atmospheric background elements and effectively eliminate the impact of moisture in the air on sulfur; each analysis ends with automatic positive pressure pulse to discharge most of the oxide dust generated by combustion out of the machine. Ensure the stability of raw material analysis while reducing equipment maintenance work, providing guarantees for continuous analysis.
9. Infrared detection system
9.1 The infrared detection pool uses platinum micro infrared light source and metal reflector. The molecules of CO2 and SO2 have selective absorption spectrum in the infrared light band. When infrared light of a certain wavelength passes through CO2 or SO2 gas, strong light absorption can be generated.

12. Analysis software
12.1 application software in Chinese language is used on the Window operating system, and each sample has 2 or more independent numbers. The database can be retrieved and queried separately according to 2 independent numbers. The result library can be exported to EXECL format for easy use of query, statistics and filing. There are 20 carbon and sulfur channels. Built-in linear calibration software.
12.2 Analysis spare parts: You can set the plate current for heating analysis, and you can set the integration time and accumulated points at will.
12.3 Calibration: 1 point or multi-point correction can print the correction coefficient and correction curve, delete the correction data function, and the analysis results can be converted to the correction function, and the analysis results can be stored automatically, displayed in time, and printed in real time.
12.4 It can display the analytical gas circuit, and realize leakage detection and self-diagnosis functions such as machinery, signals, and output in the analytical gas circuit. It can alarm in time when abnormal situations occur.
12.5 Data processing function: Analytical data statistics processing: The average value, standard deviation, relative standard deviation, etc. can continuously select the data. The analysis data can be transmitted online in a timely manner. The analysis results can be converted into an analysis report at any time. 13. Acceptance and inspection stability (analysis accuracy) and accuracy (linear ratio)
13.1 The accuracy test uses randomly configured standard samples, and conducts 10 continuous analysis immediately after the instrument calibration. The analysis data (1-2 outliers are allowed to be eliminated) calculates the standard deviations of C and S 10 times respectively, and verify the accuracy of their analysis values to meet the above-mentioned solid standard samples analysis accuracy requirements.
