Multi lab Celox - Programmable Oxygen Analyzer
Multi lab Celox is a product in the steel liquid analyzer series. Its performance and adaptability have reached a new level. Enable steelmaking workers to have a more efficient temperature and oxygen measurement system. The rich metallurgical calculation program in the instrument enables it to measure separately or simultaneously measure multiple data. All kinds of information related to the measurement process, results, and other data can be clearly displayed on the screen of the instrument.
This instrument can store measurement data for more than 1000 times, and the measurement data can be called up to the display screen at any time, as well as output to printers and computers. The instrument can measure and calculate the following data:
*Steel liquid temperature and oxygen activity
*Carbon content in primary steelmaking solution
*Acid soluble aluminum content in refined steel liquid
*The amount of aluminum added during steelmaking and the adjustment of aluminum during refining
*Iron oxide content in slag (probe)

The sample selection function of Multi lab Celox, "liquid level measurement", can accurately determine the position of the molten steel in the ladle. Just use the temperature probe in conjunction with a general automatic measuring gun system. There are no special requirements for gun testing and control systems. The principle of liquid level measurement can effectively ensure its accuracy, thereby ensuring the consistency of the insertion depth of the measuring gun.

Characteristics of Instruments
In the measurement mode, the instrument is fully automatic. The extensive database provides steelmaking workers with various choices to meet measurement requirements under different conditions. These choices can be made through simple operations of the 16 bit keys on the dashboard.

On site instrument measurement system
The Multi lab Celox can be used not only as a standalone device, but also as a multi station measuring instrument. Figure 2 illustrates the operation of the Multi Lab Celox as a central measuring instrument connected to the interlocking unit. This method can connect 2-7 on-site measurement stations. Local instruments are equipped with data display, signal lights, and position keys to display measurement and position status.
Multi workstation installation
A set of independent Multi Lab Celox workstations can be coordinated by a data collector, and this installation method can buffer the coordination relationship between metallurgical information from various instruments and process control computers. (See Figure 3). Its advantage is that it collects data from up to 29 workstations through a 20mA loop while maintaining high operational reliability.

Output of the instrument
The Multi lab Celox only has a wide range of signal output functions to match with peripheral devices.
For example, large screen displays, recorders, and main control computers. According to different requirements, the output composition of each system is as follows:

*Two RS 232/TTY20 mA serial output interfaces with free programming data output function to output various measurement results, dates, times, furnace numbers, and station numbers.
