Instructions and precautions for using a double roll slicer

1. The surface smoothness of the slicing machine's double rollers is required to be high, and hard objects cannot be used to impact the surface.

2. The spacing between the large and small rollers should be adjusted to * small, and friction during rotation is strictly prohibited.

3. The speed ratio should be adjusted appropriately according to the different materials during the operation of the large and small rollers.

4. It is not advisable to feed too much into the small trough, based on the amount of material that the small roller can carry.

5. When disassembling, repairing, and resetting, the large and small rollers should be parallel to prevent misalignment, otherwise it is easy to damage the rollers.

6. It is strictly prohibited to clean the surface of the roller with corrosive chemicals.

7. To improve the slicing rate during summer use, the large roller can be supplied with chilled water or groundwater. When using chilled water, the temperature should generally be controlled at around 15 ℃ to 20 ℃. If it is too low, it is easy to introduce water vapor.

8. To cut the pieces well, the temperature of the small roller should be high, and the hanging material should have a transparent feel; Low temperature not only prevents loading, but also prevents cutting.

9. During the slicing process, the flow of the heat source in the system should be maintained to prevent uneven temperature from affecting the slicing.

10. During the slicing process, the spacing between the large and small rollers should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure the thickness of the tablets. When the large roller reaches the blade, the tablets are completely cooled into a thin sheet shape, and then cut into white tablets by a specially made phosphor copper blade.

11. After slicing is completed, the material bin and slicer should be cleaned in a timely manner.

12. In winter, it is necessary to prevent the cooling water of the large roller from freezing and damaging the roller.
