1、 Working principle

The heated water circulates in the heating system through a circulation pump, transferring heat to indoor radiators, underfloor heating coils, and other heat dissipation devices, thereby achieving indoor heating. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the electric boiler automatically stops heating; When the water temperature drops, the electric boiler starts heating again to maintain stable indoor temperature.

2、 Main components

Electric heating element: It is the core component of heating electric boilers, usually using resistance heating tubes or electromagnetic induction heating coils. Resistance heating tubes have lower costs, but their thermal efficiency is relatively low; Electromagnetic induction heating coils have high thermal efficiency and good energy-saving effects, but the cost is relatively high.

Control system: used to control the operation of electric boilers, including setting temperature, controlling heating power, monitoring water level, pressure and other parameters, and automatically alarming or shutting down in case of abnormal situations. The control system generally adopts microcomputer intelligent control, which is easy to operate and has complete functions.

Circulating pump: responsible for circulating hot water in the heating system to ensure even heat transfer to each room. The performance of the circulating pump directly affects the heating effect and energy consumption.

Expansion tank: used to accommodate the amount of expansion water generated by changes in water temperature in the system, in order to maintain stable system pressure. The size of the expansion tank should be determined based on the volume of the heating system and the range of water temperature changes.
