DD-ZDH10-JR is a customized heating dew point meter, and the dew point transmitter overcomes the disadvantages of difficult measurement of dew point below -40 ℃ by polymer capacitors, low rate of change, and difficult signal differentiation on the circuit. The DD-ZDH10-JR dew point transmitter adopts a thermosetting polymer polymer sensitive capacitor, which responds quickly, stably and reliably. Equipped with automatic zero calibration function and automatic hot cleaning, it is extremely stable for long-term use.

1、 Product Introduction

DD-ZDH10-JR isHeating dew point meterThis dew point transmitter overcomes the disadvantages of difficulty in measuring dew points below -40 ℃ using polymer capacitors, low rate of change, and difficulty in distinguishing signals on the circuit. The DD-ZDH10-JR dew point transmitter adopts a thermosetting polymer polymer sensitive capacitor, which responds quickly, stably and reliably. Equipped with automatic zero calibration function and automatic hot cleaning, it is extremely stable for long-term use.

The polymer thin film sensor technology with new materials: it has the high humidity response advantages of general polymer thin film sensors, while also possessing excellent low humidity response levels.

Automatic heating function: The heated dew point meter greatly accelerates the response speed of the sensor from high humidity to low humidity, using its own heating algorithm to provide the industry's fastest response speed. The simultaneous heating function greatly enhances the anti condensation and anti pollution capabilities of this sensor.

Sensor circuit design: capable of automatically compensating for circuit drift caused by temperature, pollution, and aging, providing long-term reliable high-precision measurement. The combination of automatic heating function and the ultra-high stability of this new material's polymer thin film sensor technology has extended the recalibration cycle to over two years.

The temperature compensation algorithm and multi-point temperature compensation verification before leaving the factory greatly improve the temperature drift of the sensor, ensuring high-precision measurement over a wide temperature range.
