2.Timely removal of carbon deposits: During the operation of gasoline generators, due to the high temperature generated by various related components during the combustion process, the ash carbon polymer adheres to the valves, valve seats, fuel injectors, piston tops, etc. Failure to clean it in a timely manner will increase fuel consumption and seriously affect the normal operation of the engine. 3.Maintain a certain water temperature: The cooling water temperature of the gasoline generator engine is kept at45-65Cabout. If the water temperature is too low, it will cause insufficient combustion of the gasoline generator and increase the load of the machine itself. Cooling water should be made of mineral free "soft water" (such as distilled water and rainwater), and should not be abused with sewage or turbid water.
4.Do not load the operation: The small horse pulling large vehicle type load operation causes a considerable part of the gasoline generator to turn into black smoke, which fails to exert its effective energy, increases fuel consumption, and shortens the service life of related components.
