Handheld laser scanner

The RS series measurement system is a product that combines Huace Laser SLAM and high-precision RTK. By deeply integrating RTK with laser SLAM and visual SLAM, high-precision loop free measurement is achieved, bringing a new measurement experience and meeting the requirements of various work scenarios such as land surveying, smart city construction, BIM construction, agricultural and forestry surveying, power detection, pile measurement, and underground space data acquisition.

High precision RTK and SLAM are deeply integrated, and accuracy is high

Adhering to the high-precision GNSS design of Huace for over 20 years, RTK positioning results better than 3cm in various complex environments are used as mapping benchmarks. Laser/visual SLAM and high-precision RTK deep fusion solution are used to achieve 5cm accuracy in all scenarios.

Real time SLAM calculation

Embedded CPU with 1.2T data computing power support, uninterrupted real-time SLAM calculation within a 13000 square meter area, real-time point cloud browsing and real-time measurement. The office can directly copy point cloud results from the host without the need for secondary post-processing.

Support secondary refinement of post-processing accuracy

For high-precision measurement scenarios, CoPre software is also supported for secondary refinement of real-time point cloud results to improve accuracy. The refined point cloud thickness is less than 2cm, and the relative measurement accuracy is less than 1cm.

Unified indoor and outdoor coordinate system framework

The unified coordinate framework is CGCS2000, and RTK coordinate system (SWAS, CORS, single base station) is used outdoors. The coordinate system from outdoors to indoors remains consistent, without the need for setting up control points or coordinate conversion.

No path loop, free path planning

RTK high-precision positioning information calibrates SLAM pose information in real-time, while eliminating the common path loop requirements of traditional handheld scanners. Path planning is free, reducing field work time and data storage.

Real time accuracy reminder, no rework required

Innovatively adopting self-developed SQC precision self coupling algorithm, real-time calculation of SLAM point cloud accuracy, and point cloud accuracy warning through green, yellow, and red colors, reminding users to take effective measures in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy of the final result without rework.

Innovative SFix technology, capable of measuring even without signals

Innovating SFix technology, when the RS series measurement system enters a signal free or weak signal area and conventional RTK cannot operate, the current measurement point coordinates of RTK are back calculated through laser ranging information and SLAM angle constraint information, ensuring a 5cm accuracy within 1 minute and solving the measurement problem of the last 100m of RTK operation.

Vi LiDAR contactless measurement new mode, a brand new experience

The RS series measurement system has pioneered a new non-contact measurement mode for RTK products, Vi LiDAR. It captures scene images with a three eye camera, takes on-site photos, and selects the measurement point on the photo. The intersection point between the measurement ray starting from RTK and the SLAM point cloud is calculated in real time to achieve a new non-contact measurement mode. RTK can also aim and measure like a total station, ensuring a measurement accuracy of 5cm within a range of 15m.

Compatible with conventional RTK mobile station functions

Having all the functions of conventional mobile station RTK, it can be operated using the Geodesy APP, seamlessly compatible with existing surveying services. Existing Huace RTK users can easily get started without additional learning.

Brand new HPGS mode, the model looks good and is easy to use

Based on 3DGS technology, it realistically reproduces the real world; Innovate HPGS+CoCloud cloud platform, increase efficiency by 5 times; Supports measurement and editing, with a relative accuracy of 5cm; can be browsed on PC, tablet, and mobile phones.
