Analysis principle









Chlorophyll, phycocyanin, phycoerythrin, and fluorescent dyes can produce stable fluorescence when excited by specific wavelengths of light. The concentration and content of target objects in water samples can be calculated by detecting the strength of the fluorescence signal.
