How to replace the electrolyte of the halogen moisture tester?

1. Place the drying tube of the electrolytic cell on clean filter paper, take out the electrolytic electrode, and pour out the electrolyte. The electrolyte in the electrolytic cell also needs to be slowly poured out;

If the electrolytic cell needs to be clear due to pollution, it should be dried after cleaning;

3. Use anhydrous solvents such as methanol to clean the electrolytic cell bottles, drying tubes, injection plugs, measuring electrodes, etc., and avoid using water as much as possible;

4. During cleaning, do not touch the cleaning solution with two plugs or wires. Adjust the equilibrium point of the electrolyte;

5. Be cautious of electrolyte failure. If the electrolyte color darkens and becomes turbid after being used for more than a month, or if the electrolysis process is difficult to reach the end point, consider whether the electrolyte has already failed;

6. When it is difficult to reach the endpoint, if it is due to hot air, frequent sampling, gas leakage from the injection port or silicone pad, or difficulty in dissolving solid samples. The electrolytic cell can be repeatedly shaken to solve the problem;

8. Do not touch the reagent with your hands, and ensure good indoor ventilation when replacing the electrolyte.
