The measuring instrument adopts advanced electronic digital counter control, which has the characteristics of accurate measurement and easy operation. Performance and Parameters

This instrument is based on the grinding law (the energy consumed by grinding coal powder is proportional to the new surface area generated by coal powder). Under the conditions specified in GB/T2565 "Determination of Grindability Index of Coal" (Hardgrove Method), the prepared coal sample is ground, sieved, and weighed. The Hardgrove Grindability Index is obtained from the calibration chart drawn from standard coal, and the larger the index, the more fragile it is.

The machine has multiple functions, including mechanical bowl feeding, microcomputer counting, automatic shutdown when the counter displays 60 revolutions per minute, emergency stop in case of host failure, and accumulation of revolutions per minute when restarted.
