Working Principle:

The piezoelectric effect is the main working principle of piezoelectric sensors, which cannot be used for static measurements. The charge generated by external forces is only saved when the circuit has an infinite input impedance, so it can only measure dynamic stress. For example, it is widely used in measuring internal combustion pressure, vibration, and impact measurement of engines, and has a special position in vibration and impact measurement of aircraft, automobiles, ships, bridges, and buildings, especially in the fields of aviation and aerospace.

The measuring head of the HYDAC pressure switch is generally composed of one plate of the capacitor, and the other plate is the object itself. When the object moves towards the proximity switch, the dielectric constant of the object and the proximity sensor changes, causing the circuit connected to the measuring head to also change, thereby controlling the on and off of the circuit. The detection object of this proximity switch is not limited to metal conductors, but can also be insulating liquids or powder objects.

It has the characteristics of long service life, reliable operation, high repeatability, no mechanical wear, no sparks, no noise, and strong anti vibration ability.

When the metal detection object approaches the sensing area of the switch, the switch can quickly issue electrical commands without contact, pressure, sparks, and accurately reflect the position and stroke of the moving mechanism. Even if used for general stroke control, its positioning accuracy, operating frequency, service life, ease of installation and adjustment, and adaptability to harsh environments cannot be compared to general mechanical stroke switches.

Application fields:

Hydraulic system: mainly used for closed-loop control of force, capable of withstanding uninterrupted pressure pulsation from hydraulic pumps. When the control valve core suddenly moves, it can withstand the peak pressure formed in a short period of time, which is several times the working pressure of the system.

Safety control system: commonly used as a safety management system for air compressors. By installing pressure sensors in the pipeline equipment at the outlet, it can control the pressure brought by the compressor to a certain extent, provide protection, and improve the accuracy of system testing.

Injection mold: It can be installed in the nozzle, hot runner system, cold runner system, and mold cavity of an injection molding machine to measure the plastic pressure between the nozzle and the mold cavity during the injection molding, filling, holding, and cooling processes.

Monitoring mine pressure: There are various types, such as vibrating wire pressure sensors, semiconductor piezoresistive pressure sensors, metal strain gauge pressure sensors, differential transformer pressure sensors, etc., which are widely used in the mining industry. The specific type to be used depends on the mining environment.

Promoting sleep: Place pressure sensors under the mattress to monitor movements such as turning over, heartbeat, and breathing with high sensitivity, analyze and collect sleep data, and finally process it into tracks.

Compressors and air conditioning refrigeration equipment: These types of sensor products have a compact appearance and are easy to install. The pressure port is generally designed with a dedicated valve needle.
