Hedeke's throttle valve products, such as DRVP-08-01.2 and DVP-20-01.1, are designed for precise control of fluid flow in hydraulic systems. DRVP-08-01.2 indicates the flow rate through the colored scale on the knob, which can be used as a shut-off valve and is suitable for situations where load changes are not significant or speed stability requirements are not high. DVP-20-01.1 is installed on the manifold and can control bidirectional flow by adjusting the cross-section. It is equipped with scales and colored rings to ensure precise repeat settings, and has functions such as load speed adjustment, hydraulic circuit damping, pressure release, and emergency drainage. These throttle valves control flow by adjusting the throttle section and length to meet different operating conditions.

DRVP-08-01.2:

Function: It is a flow control valve used for relatively simple but precise adjustment of actuator speed. When closed, it can serve as a shut-off valve. There are colored scale marks on the knob, indicating the size of the adjusted flow rate. The larger the opening of the colored triangle, the greater the flow rate. When readjusting, it can be restored to the initial adjustment position based on the scale.

Working principle: The fluid flow rate is mainly controlled by adjusting the throttle section and length. The parallel connection of throttle valve and one-way valve can form a one-way throttle valve. This throttle valve does not have negative flow feedback function and is usually only suitable for situations with small load changes or low speed stability requirements.

DVP-20-01.1：

Function: The flow control valve installed on the manifold controls the flow rate by adjusting the cross-section, and the flow rate depends on the pressure difference and viscosity. Starting from the throttle shaft in the closed position, as the control knob rotates, the flow rate increases according to an appropriate curve and can be controlled in both directions.

Features: The scale and colored ring on the top of the control knob make precise and repetitive settings possible. It also has functions such as adjusting load speed, finely adjusting and cutting off flow, system related damping in hydraulic circuits, releasing accumulator system pressure, and serving as an emergency drain pipe.
