Based on an embedded computer platform, it creates a suitable network cable fault testing service platform for the characteristics of the cable fault testing industry. It systematically integrates USB communication technology, touch screen technology, 3G communication technology, greatly improving the instrument's functionality, utilization value, and convenient on-site environment operation. Considering the increasing number of buried cables nowadays; The entire system meets the general technical requirements for specialized testing instruments for power equipment in the power industry standards of the People's Republic of China, DL/T849.1~DL/T849.3-2004. The system testing consists of four parts: the system host, multiple pulse generators, fault locator, and cable routing instrument. It is used for testing various types of faults in power cables, searching for cable paths and burial depths, and accurately testing faults in railway airport signal control cables and street lamp cables.

Solved the long-standing problem of users not recognizing complex high impedance fault waveforms, and significantly improved the critical level of rough measurement.

- 7. The multiple pulse method generator discharges once and generates ten low-voltage pulses. The short-circuit waveform is intuitively superimposed and easy to analyze. The multiple pulse generator has a small volume and weighs only 5kg, truly realizing the portability of the entire equipment
- 8. Three types of high-voltage discharge parts are available for users to choose from, with a high-frequency high-voltage power supply of 8.9kg replacing the 65kg test transformer and operation box, filling a gap in China
