1. The HTF (GYF) series fire high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan is jointly developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Shangyu Ventilation Fan Co., Ltd. It has the characteristics of excellent performance, good high temperature resistance, high efficiency, less land occupation than centrifugal fans, and easy installation.
2. The HTF (GYF) series fire high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan has been tested and qualified by the National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and Fire resistant Construction Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and its performance has reached the leading level in China. It has been recognized by fire departments in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country. This fan is popular in all provinces (cities) and autonomous regions across the country, and is also exported to international markets.
3. Excellent high temperature resistance performance: The fan test meets the requirements of GB/T13274-91 "Technical Conditions for General Purpose Axial Flow Fans" and GA211-2009 "High Temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire Exhaust Fans" fire code standards. The fan adopts a unique design, with a built-in high temperature resistant motor and a motor cooling system. It can operate continuously for more than 100 minutes at 300 ℃ and continuously for 20 hours/time at 100 ℃ without damage. Widely used in high-rise civil buildings, underground garages, tunnels, subways and other occasions.
4. Wide range of applications: It can be driven by variable speed or multi speed according to the requirements of high-end civil buildings, achieving the purpose of dual-use (i.e. ordinary ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust for firefighting). The blade type is divided into axial flow smoke exhaust HTF (GYF) - I, II, D1, D2 and mixed flow smoke exhaust HTF (GYF) - III, IV, and can also be made into roof type and silencing type.
5. High efficiency: This series of fans adopts advanced CAD software and is a new product developed through multi-objective optimization design. Tests have shown that the fan efficiency is greater than 80%, and some large machine numbers are greater than 85%. It also has the characteristic of a flat efficiency curve, which is conducive to energy conservation.
6. Easy to install and occupies less space than centrifugal fans: The basic form of this fan is an axial flow fan or a mixed flow fan, which can be directly connected to the air duct or wall mounted. The installation form can be vertical or horizontal, which greatly saves space.
